More amber than a typical wit, but has the usual orange and coriander spicy flavors. Modestly carbonated, which seems to be typical of Copper Kettle brews. Light bodied, but more rich with malt than typical for the style, and a feature I like.
Actually quite delicious. This is such a better summer beer than the anorexic Blondes, but still light in weight and refreshing. Not as wheaty as some Wits. I taste some buttery flavor and a touch of pecans with just a hint of wood.
Brewer rates this at 19 IBU. On tap at the delightful brewpub on the edge of Aurora.

This so far is my favorite of the ones that Copper Kettle has made. Served to me in a standard pint glass, the white head does linger a little with a good bit of foam and some lacing on the glass. You definitely do note the orange and coriander smells in the aroma, and the tastes do match. The one part of the taste that caught me by (pleasant) surprise was that it was bitter orange, not sweet, and that in the aftertaste that slight orange-y bitterness stays with you. It was definitely the part that kept me coming back to it. A very good session beer for more than just summer.

Served in a small goblet, this orange hued beer is very cloudy and sports a light off-white cap that quickly falls to a ring at the beer's edge. Leaves bits of lace.
Coriander, ginger, orange zest and biscuit aromas are all present. The flavors here match the nose well. Balance is quite good. The relatively light and grainy body makes the beer go down easy. Finishes tart and dry.
This is a nice Wit overall. It's light, refreshing and good for summer drinking.
