On tap at Copper Kettle poured a clear dark reddish brown nearly black with a small lingering tan head. Aromnas of roastiness, charcoal, earthiness and bitter chocolate. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of roastiness, bitter chocolate and light earthiness with a smooth dry roasty finish. Seems more like a Porter to me.

Served on Tap at Copper Kettle Brewery:
A- Dark black with a thick creamy tan head, looks beautiful
S- Coffee aroma with a hoppy hint; maybe a hint of chocolate
T- Java taste that''s quite subtle, with a hoppy kick at the end. Quite layered with taste; quite yummy
M- Super smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Perfect for the beer
O- Great mix of two styles: Stout and IPA. It tastes like an IPA, but with the body of a stout. Great mix
