Well, here goes nothing.
I found a very dusty bottle in a liquor store I hadn't been in before. I saw this on a rack. Looks like the store bought enough to fill the rack under it. All of the bottles were dusty. I left. Curious, I went back and bought a bottle. What I see around the bottom looks like N21 01 14, with the "01" looking like a Word insert symbol, but I would like to think the numbers mean 2021 January 14.
Everything I've seen says "2014."
When I got the bottle home, I noticed sediment. More like mud. I shook the bottle to loosen it and put it in the fridge for a couple of days.
So. The nose. Strong malty. The flavor follows the nose in malt with a bready, biscuitlike taste. Medium mouthfeel. It finishes with hints of spice and hops. What I thought I might be dumping -- it was the covering of dust -- has turned into a Belgian ale 750 ml that I will be finishing. I might even buy another one. Huh. Who knew?

Nice Belgian ale, hazy orange copper color with medium foamy head. Yeasty, musty floral aroma, taste is spicy malt, Nice all around Belgian flavors and character. Enjoyable.

Great tasting beer. Very drinkable and flavorful, almost like a scotch ale, but with Belgian flair. Would definitely drink again

Cloudy amber color withnice fizzy and decent lacing. Aromas of dark fruits and some stone fruits. Lots of sweet malts, yeast and some citrus and raisins in the taste. Also getting some dry spice, cardomon, clove. Finishes relatively clean

Picked up a bomber from TW Arrowhead in mid-July for $6.49. No freshness date visible. Bottled in mid 2015 i believe.
Beer poured orange-brown with a minimal head that is hanging around.
Nose is a nice snootful of dark fruits.
Taste is dark fruits with some spices. Coriander bite lingers after each sip.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied but lacking the classic effervescent mouthfeel.
Overall not a bad beer but nothing special. Congrats to Lost Coast on their longevity and their nice beers i have enjoyed over the years.
