Pale yellow in color with a very thin head and lemon zest and funky yeast in the nose. A nice crisp sour note of citrus and salt breaks the flat bread and cracker note provided by the yeast. Satisfying on a summer day in the hear I bet, this is low on carbonation and reminds me more of a gose than a farmhouse so a little harder to grade.
