Pours a clear yellow with three fingers of white head. Poured slowly straight into the glass. Head retention is fair, with big bubbly lacing left behind. Aroma is comprised of dark fruits, grass, and a tiny zip of lemon zest in the back. Flavor profile is dark fruits, grass, with a little lemon zest in the back. Mouth feel is slightly fizzy, with a fine graininess to it. It has a medium thickness. Overall, a simple, slightly fizzy, saison. It's not steeped in crazy deep flavors, but does provide a well-executed, subtle flavor profile making it a great hot-day sipper of a saison.

Poured out a cloudy, golden-yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of dried fruits and grasses. Tasted sweet with grainy goodness and a yeasty kick.

Hazy yellow gold with medium head that disapates. Smells of tart lemon and a bit if straw but has a macro lager like aroma..... maybe some rice here?? Taste follows nose but tartness and a funky yeast stand out. Mouthfeel is medium and very dry. Overall its quite good but a bit on the lighter side for a saison.
