On tap at Lost Rhino.
Pours a hazy dark brown with a fleeting, transient off white head. No lace or retention. Very mild aroma; slightly nutty and chocolate malt and mild earthy bitterness. Flavor is a little more bitter than expected and lacking much depth in the malt. Strong nuttiness throughout and an earthy finish. Light, thin body with soft carbonation.

Poured on tap at Regional Food and Drink (RFD) into a shaker pint glass.
No head presented off the pour. Body color is a slightly hazy amber body, and a somewhat tan thin looking head. There is a lot of rising carbonation in the body, but it's a little cloudy to see.
Nose is pretty subdued. Some faint mild chocolate like malt, kind of soft. But really not much going on.
Palate falls apart. Wet and grainy tasting, with virtually no flavor in the middle. Really weird finish to this beer, a faint malt but also fizzy lager feeling.
I am really not feeling this here for my first Rhino beer. Even comparing this to Negra Modello this is pretty disappointing.
