Had on tap. Crystal clear golden body with a finger of eggshell white foam, dotted lacing. Smell and taste are clones: lager malts, bready yeast, minor corn and lemon zest, with a sweeter biscuit tone near the end for a moment. Feel is malty and clean, light bodied and smooth with a zippy carbonation finish

16 oz can. Pours golden with long lasting foamy white head. Aroma is of grassy hops and biscuit malt. Body is light and crisp. Taste is of herbal hops, pepper and bready malt. Finish is long peppery. Nice brew.

Pours a clear golden, slightly amber color. A large foam white head retains well, lots of sticky lacing.
Lots of toasty and biscuity sweetness in the nose. Aromas of bread crust, cracker and honey, complimented by notes of fruity and woodsy spices, grass and lemon.
Taste is malt forward and doughy, with sweet notes of biscuit, toast, brown bread, honey and graham cracker. Hopped well, nevertheless, with sticky notes of grass, chives and earthy resins. Notes of lemon, orange, orchard fruit and woodsy spices.
Medium bodied with a chewy mouthfeel, yet crisp and dry in the finish. The carbonation is moderate.
I really Liked this Mexican style lager. Well balanced and easy to drink. I could drink multiple of these.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit and cracker-like malts are present in the nose along with hints of grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of bitterness from the hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this lager to be rather malt-forward but there were enough underlying hops to mask any sweetness and also contribute some hop aroma/flavor/bitterness.
Serving type: can
