Pours a dark golden, to amber color. Head is barely a fingernail length, however it retains really well with a persistent layer of froth.
The nose is fruity overall, with notes of peach, apricot, pear, lemon, lime and strawberry. Slightly funky and earthy aromas of oak, wood, peppery spices, coriander and clove.
Juicy and bright with a bready and cracker malt base, lightly sweet bit with some tartness, palate is dry overall. Notes of apricot, peach, lime, pear, banana, cloves and pepper. Woodsy and rustic with a moderate grassy bitterness.
Light to medium bodied with a dry palate and crisp finish. Carbonation is moderate.
Very refreshing fruity Saison. I would have again.
