Pours a reddish rustic brownish color without mic of a head on it. Nose consists of sweet citrus and cherry notes. Taste opens up with sugary sweet lemon flavors. These move on to even stronger cherry and vinegar notes. Pretty sweet and puckering overall, which is nice. Mouth is really watery and could use some more body to it. Overall, this is a really nice Flanders and one of the better offerings from Perennial.
