(on-tap at the brewery tasting room, served in a shaker pint - apparently not the first time this was brewed there, although no confirmation on previous brew-date or any former name, if any)
Served in shaker pint. Maybe finger-width head on pour, but not remarkable or lasting. Liquid brilliantly-clear yellow-gold. Pretty dead-on. Hops not vibrant in aroma, more malt-forward scent, or at best balanced and mild.
Straight Czech Pils. Pretty Good. Nice and spicy and dry (but deep drop in spice and bitterness as it warms). Gristy, light honey in finish. Clean flow, light-medium bodied. Lost spritzy zip rather quickly. But great drinking overall.
Hope it's a regular (at least more available rotating) draft. Would certainly consider buying a sixer, if and when bottled.
