Welcome to our Cellarmen's Beer, where locally sourced blue corn and premium 6-Row Barley from our friends over at Rabbit Hill make up the heart of this easy-drinking lager. Our cellarmen devised a moderately-hopped brew with Citra and noble Saaz leading the way, this lager is clean and crisp but with enough hop character to make you take notice. Maize Haze is dry-hopped with a beautiful mash-up of Azacca, Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc, more Citra, and more Saaz, making for an American twist on this uniquely American Lager.
