The Purp is a purple grape shandy that drinks like purple grape soda -- sweet, a hint of tartness, and full of Concord grapy goodness. Like an alcoholic, carbonated version of your childhood's favorite glass of juice, The Purp would be more at home out of a sippy cup than on tap.

Pours a strange sort of reddish pink amber color with a pale pink head. The smell of Welch's grape juice is strong and not much else. Over powering grape flavor with some pale malts behind it. The carbonation feels good and smooth. This is very sweet. Too much so to have another but it doesn't really stick around too long.

Has a dark amber color with about average carbonation. Body also about medium.
Aroma is a blast of grape soda, grape candy, grape juice as well as a bit of fresh grapes.
Taste is sweet but stops before becoming sickly sweet. Otherwise it mostly stays true to the aroma with just a bit of grape juice dryness in the finishbthat lingers.
Overall for what they advertise, they nailed it. I dont know if most will like it but I scored it on how well it matched the profile they were going for and it was very flavorful.
