A: half finger head on a clear copper and crimson body
S: tropical fruit, cola, spices, grains and pepper.
T: peppercorn, light yeast, spices, herbal hops and lemon citrus.
M: medium body and moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: a nicely complex and very drinkable saison largely to lower yeast content keeping it moist.
