On tap at Engine 15. Soya sauce and spice in the aroma and in the taste. Reddish colour. Not so drinkable. But interesting experiment. Though called a saison or farmhouse, this would be best classified as a herbal vegetable beer. A novelty and not something I can take seriously unless I have a lateral with another beer with soya sauce thrown in.

Had this on tap and wasnt sure exactly what the additives to this saison. Loved it though... not as much as sang de mer but this is fantastic. Lots of citrus flavor with some great spicy kick.... loved thr belgian yeast characteristics. They are doing a real good job with the saisons here... its may be their speciality now.

Glad this one was made again. I missed it last time. This one is made with Szechuan.

Half finger head with little retention on a murky bet orange body. Aroma is light and is mostly of pineapple and banana. Flavor is a lot less spicy. I wanted more from the description. It comes out as a basic but nicely Belgian saison with citrus, Belgian yeast, a hint of corriander and Belgian yeast beer. Medium body and moderate to high carbonation. The beer is really good and highly drinkable. I just wanted more spice as tr description leads you to expect.
