12 ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Bottled 11/22/16, had 12/18/16.

Pours a golden/apricot color, hazy, with a one inch head and some loose, foamy lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, light malt, some resiny hops, candi sugar, light spices, some black pepper as it warms. The taste leads with the malt- still fairly light, yeast, candi sugar, resiny hops, some floral hops. Smooth, creamy, a pretty solid body, well carbonated.

Have had on tap, like the bottle better. Seems like there might be some rye in here, both the flavor and the aroma, but not sure. I do wish Greenbush would give a little more info about their beers. Like this one, it's a little off the standard.q
