On tap at Michigan Brewers Guild Summer Festival as part of Greenbush's 31 flavors of ice cream beer made for the festival. Base beer is described as a "malty base" so I'm imagining some sort of amber maybe, very lightly hopped. Smells like peppermint stick ice cream. Tastes like if I stirred an amber beer with a candy cane. Not bad at all. Not something I'd drink regularly, but I love the novelty. Great job!
