Decent lager from the great 3 Floyds brewery. No date printed on bottle. Pours a slightly darker golden color with a little cap of white head and some spotty lingering lacing that lasted forever. Aromas of malt, grain, corn, caramel, nuts and vanilla. Very faint hops. Taste follows the nose, decent but certainly nothing amazing or spectacular. A little disappointing, to be honest. Fairly flavorful and small little hit of bitterness. Clean crisp mild mouthfeel, decent carbonation. Not a bad beer.

Appearance - pours crystal clear golden color with a big fluffy white head excellent retention. Great lacing all around the glass.
Aroma - Biscuit, cracker, floral hops, light malt. touch of lemon.
Taste - Nice bitterness up front grassy, lemon, heavy floral hops. Nice balance of bitterness through out and lingers.
Feel - Light bodied seems to lay a little heavier but no issues from me. Good carbonation and a pretty dry finish.
Overall - Really well done great flavors, i like that the hops come out more in this and love the dry finish.

FFF Psycho Naught
This is my first lager from FFF, and it comes courtesy of @ayahtollahgd along with this nice, proper teku. I’m going blind to an extent here as I have not done any research on this beer other than knowing it is a lager.
Look: The beer pours a translucent, deep gold / pale amber color. It appears darker in the picture posted above. An ever so slight haze to the beer. An off white, densely packed head that settles down to a finger with a lot of lacing at the mouth of this teku. Tiny bubbles are visible as they stream up from the bottom. As I work my way to the bottom of the glass, I am left a lot of lacing. A fantastic looking beer.
Smell: Bready malt profile with prominent notes of fresh cut grass, lemon peel, earthy, herbal and a bit catty. There is a slight briney aroma too. Really excellent nose. Very clean, crisp and light.
Taste: My first impression is that this lager is hop forward with an inviting amount of bitterness. The flavor nicely tracks the aroma with a fresh grassiness, lemon peel and pith, earthy/herbal hop reminiscent of very light bay leaf/oregano. Crackery. The finish on the lager is what always seems to drive the style home for me. This beer is not one dimensional and shifts to a nice bready, bitter and dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Light of the palate with a crisp carbonation and a lemon pith bitterness and dryness on the finish.
Overall: Over the last year I’ve had the pleasure of trying many FFF courtesy of some generous BA’s through different BIF’s. My experience with them is that they are an excellent brewery, after having tried a number of different styles. The greatness of this lager only further solidifies my opinion of FFF. Also, the bottle format, as is the label art. Hoppy, bitter, bready, crisp and clean beer.

Still in strict hoppy form, 3 Floyds Brewing Company brew together another piece to the "-Naught" puzzle. But going light, American and low gravity has us all wondering if the brewery has lost its damn mind.
So, the psycho beer is aptly named PsychoNaught as it pours a tall slightly hazy straw gold. As a soft and cottony meringue builds onto the beer, its scent soon swoons the nose with a spicy grassiness, a strong floral bouquet and the underpinnings of fresh baking bread. A gentle sweetness glides onto the tongue with the partly grainy, partly malty creamy earthiness that only the tethers of raw pilsner barley can provide in this overused but rarely proper beer style.
The American styled pilsner unfolds on the middle palate shedding the bulk of sweetness rapidly. As the grains tighten in taste, the hops spill onto the tastebuds with a spicy, grassy taste that's remiss of parsley, lemon pepper and light pear. Spicy in its late taste, the bitterness grips the gullet with peppery pine resins and a sharp grassy vegetation in a true "naught" hop fashion. It's basically like drinking a salad.
Medium light for pilsner, the beer's proper recipe formation and premiere brewing technique has this beer bold for the style, especially on the hop front. But even with the perfection of this brand, its ceiling can only go so high, finishing crisp, bitter and refreshing, and echoing with a short cereal and long bitter spice.
