From a 330ml 'big mouth' can.
L: Bright yellow, cloudy brew with a massive, three-finger head that collapses pretty quickly but leaves a good sudsy cap. Looks fantastic.
S: A face full of wheat, yeast & grapefruit.
T: Yellow grapefruit, chalky wheat, nicely dry.
F: Starts light & thin, develops a light sparkle, finishes dry & creamy.
O: This is very, very grapefruity. Lots of wheat and yeast flavours too. But definitely more grapefruit than saison. That said, it's super refreshing, smooth and easy drinking. I'm drinking this in December but this would make a sensational summer beach/bbq beer. Less good in a pub...but my rating imagines sunshine.

Grapefruit saison that's more grapefruit than saison. Would prefer more farmhouse flavor as it's almost like just drinking grapefruit champagne but solid effort overall.
