Copenhagen 17/11 2019. 44 cl can from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. Very colorful can in typical Amundsen style with a big purple entity with loving eyes, lovable birds and butterflies and a Raspberry with sunglasses.
Pours unclear amber with a small pink-ish head. Very bubbly. Settles as thin film of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, perfumed, laden with sweet fruit and sugar with s light tartness lurking in the background. Raspberry, strawberry, lactose and tropical fruit. Mango and Passion fruit. Faint sour citrus fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is not that sweet. Followed and balanced by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste has berry sweetness mingling with sour lemon. Sour dry finish.
Despite a very sweet odor a quite well balanced flavor which manages to unite sweet lactose with sour citrus fruit.
