12oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, straw-yellow color with a very small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of lime, tart lemon and some caramel sweetness. Nice tart lime taste with some caramel sweetness and low bitterness.

this is a lime forward kettle type sour here, summery and really light, it has a couple of things going for it and works as a nice refresher in hot weather. for one, its real clean on the lactic souring, not overly developed either, this has the acidity of proper lemonade and no more, and the ferment itself gets this pretty dry. it has a nice natural lime thing to it, zested and real, which also sort of creates a tart lemon lime thing with the flavor the bacteria imparts with its acid. definitely a summery complexion, almost cocktail-esque. the grain is super light here, white wheat and pils malts could be all, very light body, dry, a light saltiness hastening the finish, some minerality there too, simple in a good way. so many of these are getting all thick and milkshake feeling now, and its nice to have a clean and brisk one like this for contrast. the high carbonation is wonderful too and keeps it light as well. critics will say this isnt very interesting, and i guess i agree, but its well made and highly drinkable, modern without being forced or gimmicky. not amazing, but it should be relatively immune to criticism from the over fruited lactose hazy marshmallow sour crowd, its better than all that.

On draught at Frontier Brewing.
Pours a hazy light gold with a good head of foam, and the foam lasts.
The smell is lemon lime like, good tartness, by good I mean manageable.
Taste is straight up lemon lime, not complicated but doesn't need to be. Lime is particularly strong in the finish.
Good mouthfeel, good brew.
