Ah, the bacon beers as I have them called. The description they use is bacon beer, so there.
Light amber pour, medium sized head. Looks like a beer. Nothing special here.
Aroma gives it away. With the smoke being first and then some umami coming at the end.
Tastes the same way. A very light caramel starts it off. Somewhat sweet. Smoke moves in at the middle and lingers to the end. The umami/bacon is last and really hits in the aftertaste. Not as mouth watering as, say, Alaskan Smoked Porter...but hey, it ain't that.
