A light orange/reddish pour. Little head but still nice lacing.
Nutty aroma up front. Some earthiness. Semi sweet. Light red plum
For an ESB this kind of misses. It's not the bitter I expect from an ESB. I has a bite, but not from the mineral or diacetyl. A sharp bite makes it dry. The sweetness is abandoned a bit and the nuttiness just can't carry it.
This is a nice beer, just a bit off on the ESB...at least as I know it.

On tap at Denver Beer poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of bread, carmel, earthiness and light tobacco. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness, light tobacco and a hint of fruittiness with a smooth dry malty finish.
