Saison aged in a wine barrel.
Pours a translucent light golden with a slight white head. Aroma offers just the slightest hints of the presence of any belgian yeast, lots of sweet green apple, and the grapes from the barrel it was aged it. Flavor was overly sweet and too one dimensional, tasted like sweet apple juice and wine barrel. No dimensions to this one at all, no presence of belgian yeast or anything else. A medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this one was a bit of a disappointment.
