can to snifter; after consuming a regular overhead with dinner.
LOOK: Pale darker yellow color, medium hazy, medium eggshell head, excellent retention. lots of large bubbles in reform.
AROMA; hoppier touch than regular overhead, but neither a juice bomb nor tons of west coast pine. Decent down the middle hop aroma. some grass and hay.
TASTE: mildly juicy with grapefruit, apricot, white grape in that order. some oak and/or pine sneaks in probably moreso than any fruity note except grapefruit. Hay, earth.
FEEL: very nice, smooth and creamy. medium body, good carbonation.
well crafted. the DDH puts a nice spin on Overhead despite El Dorado and Comet not being my favorite of hops. Brightens the flavor and aroma and just sets the beer up as more refreshing and quaffable.
