can to snifter, Mothers Day dinner prep.
LOOK: creamy and very hazy straw yellow, medium to large white head with excellent retention.
AROMA: mango, pineapple, mandarin orange, shortbread. very balanced,
TASTE: orange, pineapple, ginger, grapefruit, late subtle leafy herb --maybe parsley-esque flavor.
FEEL: light to medium body; mostly smooth with a sharp acidic bite in the finish.

Pours a generous three finger plus head of eggshell white foam, retention is excellent, big and extended lacing streaks as well. Lightly opaque to translucent liquid, decent brightness to the yellow hue. Nice florals to the nose, not finding it particularly dank, more penetrating grassiness, tea leaf, naval orange to white grapefruit citrus notes, the apricot, peach to melon scents more steady than boisterous. Medium to full-bodied, carbonation seems weak which leaves it a bit sluggish. Creamy texture. Fruit slightly more tropical here, kiwi and mango added in. Light marijuana tarriness. Citrus less pronounced than in the nose. Leaves a minty impression through the finish. Solid beer without any particular calling card, the kind of brew which makes you wonder why the brewmaster thought this offering was any different from the rest. (Canned 4/21/23)
