Pours a light golden hue with literally no head. Smells like a wheat beer, with peach added. Taste is more complex, obviously it has the wheat and the peach notes but I also detect florals and a slightly metallic aftertaste. Overall a good summer thirst quencher

473 mL can from TBS via the Phillips Octobox. Best before Jan 11 2023 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a relatively clear golden-yellow colour, its complexion fogged somewhat by the presence of silty sediment; gathered atop is nearly two fingers of foamy, soapy white head that dissipates within five minutes or so. A lumpy eighth-inch cap and collar of bubbly suds sticks around, with a thick, messy band of lace deposited onto the glass. Sugary on the nose, with peach candy being the most noticeable aroma; I'm also getting suggestions of wheat, flowery hops and faint spiciness.
It's tasty - the peach is just flavouring (i.e. there's no actual fruit in this), but it's used conservatively enough to not be a nuisance. Hints of peach drink at the forefront, together with wheaty, bready pale malts and a light background peach sweetness; mild peppery spiciness/yeastiness towards the finish, with hints of apricot and floral hops preceding a moderately dry aftertaste. Light in body, with lively, fine-bubbled carbonation that froths up on the tongue, resulting in a smooth, soft mouthfeel and a crisp finish. Sessionable and refreshing.
Final Grade: 3.7, a B grade. Peach beers are a tricky beast - I haven't had all that many impressive ones, and I'm not sure Phillips' Solaris White Peach Ale quite rises to that level, either. That being said, it's still a decent peach-flavoured ale - good balance, definitely not too sweet and/or cloying, and the underlying wheat ale serves as an adequate base to build upon. I wouldn't search high and low for more, but if you're a peach fan looking for a light, fruity, summer session option then this is worth keeping an eye out for.

Clear pale greenish-amber color. Pours a medium depth head that slowly converted to medium sized bubbles. It took a couple of minutes to drop down to a thin skiff across the top. Low rate of tiny and medium sized bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. Left only a few small patches of lacing.
Strong peach scent with marshmallow topping (???). It took several tries to realize that the marshmallow is actually a very faint sweet barnyard. I could only pick out a distinct barnyard at the start of the sniff. Very light wheat malt. Swirling the glass kicked up a more firm barnyard that slowly faded down to the peach and other stone fruit scents. After swirling it smelled a bit closer to a fuzzy peach jelly candy than an actual peach. The wheat malt comes through a bit stronger.
The flavor has a stronger wheat malt component. The peach is still there, but much less of it. There are some tangy and funky yeast flavors that are headed in the direction of a Saison. Some bitters join in towards the end. The aftertaste starts off with a stronger malt, then boosts the bitters with a bit of knapweed.
Quite flat; this hardly foams up at all. Light body. The knapweed flavor seems to give way to a mild astringency very late in the aftertaste.
The light touch of barnyard and the funky yeast just hint at a Saison. I could do with more Saison funk while holding the barnyard level just where it is. The peach is almost clean, but sometimes comes across as a little artificial. More carbonation please. The bitter knapweed and associated astringency need to be hunted down and eliminated. An interesting beer that I would like to try again the next season it is brewed.

It tastes very low ABV. The taste of peach was very nice as I've not had many. It came off as advertised, a smooth unfiltered peach brew.

473ml can poured into tulip 12/9/16
A clear straw yellow with some very fine suspended particles upon further inspection, thumbs width of soapy foam quickly falls but manages to leave lots of random lace
S lots of wheat malt, some spice I can't place, lots of peaches and floral hops
T nice mix of fruit and malt, neither overwhelms the other, simple but to be expected
M light boded, fluffy but stops short of creamy, a little slick on the palate, fruity cereal linger
O agreeable fruit beer, not a whole lot going on but whats there is fairly strong, cereal and peach...
it is what it claims anyways, something I could drink on a hot patio but I think my wife will claim the remaining cans from the four pack

473ml can poured into Sam Adams pint glass.
Pours a pale, hazy yellow with a thin cap of white head that leaves pretty rings of snowdrift lace as it recedes.
Smells of juicy peach, white bread, mild peppery spice and cut flowers.
Tastes of more peach flesh, bready wheat malt, spicy yeast and more floral hops.
Feels simultaneously soft and peppy. Light bodied with pleasantly fizzy carbonation. Finishes off-dry.
Verdict: Recommended. Especially on a hot day.
