For these Magnify Brewing games, we workshopped their marshmallow IPA concept. We joined-up to build a pillowy, overhopped pale, adding a combination of Citra, El Dorado, and Mosaic, selected to go in a citrus/cherry aromatic direction. Then we went in the kitchen and whipped-up some homemade sour-cherry fluff with pistachio and rose water. Then we let a voracious yeast have its way with it, devouring the sugar, lacing hidden pops of Delight throughout a bomb hop palate.

Can dated 5/2/18. Poured into Carton dubvariant glass.
L: Hazy light golden orange. 2F head with good retention, some white lacing on glass, cap and ring.
S: Definitely getting the citrus and dank pine. Maybe a whiff of cherry and sweetness.
T: More or less follows nose. Slightly sour citrus and dank earthy pine. Slight cherry marshmallow taste, but it's really ethereal at any temperature. Needed a bit more assertiveness.
F: Medium body, decent carbonation. Construction and balance are decent. Drinkability OK.
O: Another ambitious effort, but while the taste is good, it's also not quite there.

Pours a nice hazy orange juice/straw yellow color with nice head. Huge pine and citrus hop aromas, I definitely smell the cherry marshmallow. Tastes like they used 077XX for the base beer, quite creamy, medium bodied, marshmallow adds sweetness, I taste the cherry in the background. All around a fun beer to try.

A: Very turbid orange with a nice foamy head and glue like lacing.
N: Hops, light cherry essence, citrus, and oat.
T: Chewy hoppy goodness with a awesome mix of cherry and citrus with some nuttiness on the finish.
M: Medium
O: WOW, I was not sure on the mix of flavors but this was so enjoyable a beer. Loved it.

Happy to be first poster of Delight, which is... delightful.
A) On tap at Carton. Cider body of the first crush, not much head, late fresh hopping, perhaps kills the sticky lace and head.
S) Big, makes big first impression of yeast, scat, orchard, cider factory floor, cherries, orchard fruit, some wood and shellac.
T) BIgger, rotating all the flavors above in a tangy cartwheel of flavors including rose water I’m told.
F) Like a Belgian, sexy, yeasty, sweet but saved by the bitter hops
