The can says Italian lager but it’s listed here as a maibock. Pours a clear, darker gold color. Quickly disappearing head. Not much aroma. Taste is bready, malty, a bit of honey. Still kind of crisp but with somewhat of a thicker mouthfeel. It does seem like a bock. Very good beer either way.

Magnificent beer. One of the best lagers I've ever had. The aroma is beautiful and when i took my first sip i said WOW out loud. It's rich yet crisp, with a great balance of bready malts, snappy hops, and a touch of sweetness. One of the best lagers I've ever had. yb

1st review. Fan of Carton of Dead Guy Rogue - also M Bock. Unsure what makes this blonde bock Italian, perhaps Italian alpes?
a) Clear bronze tinted golden body with dotty lacing head.
s) Malt, grain, Vienna malt, Pilsner hop.
t) Woody, almost a bit of cherry, takes this in right direction, with bready, crusty base and that clean bright hop finale.
f) Light but creamy, like fresh baked bread. Therefore great cheese pairing.
o) Up there ahead of the Dead guy.
