1st Review. I could drink this all spring. The added fruit is just right, against the farmhouse backdrop.
a) copper, saison haze, scant head, abundant lace.
s) Fruit and yeast on the nose, some cellar and earth.
t) Follows the smell, adds orchard, fruit, never becomes candy (good!)
f) Cleans up astringent, winelike, vibrant mouthfeel.
o) Perfect for Valentines or date night.
