I popped a bottle last night, it was submitted to a NC beer contest I judge annually. The bottle had been in my cellar for at least three years. What a shame this brew isn't made yearly, it's fantastic. It certainly didn't taste like an 11% beer. The color was magic, clear and amber. The nose and taste both reeked of wood and tequila. If I'd known it was going to be that good I would've held it for a share. Honestly one of the better beers I've had in some time. Bring it back Sweetwater!!!!!!!!!!!!!
