A collaboration with Telluride. Man this was good. Balanced flavors of Wasabi and ultimate dankness! Totally awesome and original. Wish I had more than one.

pours an opaque golden straw with a medium head that hangs out for a minute. nose; floral citrus hops (magnum?), light wasabi, & very light clementine. taste; bready malt, spicy rye, light ground wasabi, & citrus hops (some light orange zest from the nose too). medium carbonation & mouthfeel. as most blonde ales go, not a lot of complexity. the rye & wasabi are nice here, but it's a single note beer. still pretty enjoyable though!

From tap a golden orange with a small head and light lace. Full flavor that touches all parts of the tounge. Light wasabi taste with hints of orange peel. Pairs nicely with seafood dishes.

16oz can served in a pint glass. Date on the bottom, which I assume is "best by", is 10/13/17. Given to me by @mr-jj.
Pours a hazy amber-gold with a medium head and a fair amount of carbonation. Smell is very mild, hard to detect, but yeasty and malty with probably a subconscious hint of wasabi.
Taste is not quite void of wasabi. It's there -- but it imparts (strangely) more of the bitterness of wasabi (which I actually didn't even recognize until now) instead of the "burn" of wasabi. Definite yeast, surprisingly hoppy for a "blonde". Actually liking it -- but it may be more of an IPA than a blonde.
Mouthfeel is slightly thick and quite effervescent. Overall, pretty good beer.

Poured from a 16 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is slightly cloudy golen orange color with a small white head. The aroma heavy citrus. The taste us mild citrus with a slight hint of wasabi sauce.
