Had on draft.
L: Murky off-orange. Doesn't look too appealing.
S: Crystal malt and some cardamom.
T: Light rye, slight nutmeg, and an accent of apple. Interesting.
F: Really nice turnaround given the appearance of the beer. Accords with the style and ABV.
O: A nice light-colored saison. Has a lot of flavor and manages to be tame on sweetness.

On-tap 5/17/2014 at Track 84, in Warwick, RI served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a bright gold color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains Belgian yeast, light caramelized malts, some citrus and some hops.
T: The taste starts out with some tart citrus flavor up front. Then some breadiness comes in from flavors of Belgian yeast, wheat and a hearty but not too heavy malt character. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a decent balance. The after-taste is slightly tart.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: A little tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, it’s a solid beer but there are better choices within the style.
