This lager is brewed with Southeast Missouri grown rice from Inland Cape Rice Company. The rice creates and extremely light body, the malt a hint of sweet flavor, and hops are floral. Straw in color, this is a crisp, crushable beer.

From an aluminum can, this brew is a lightly hazy, pale straw color with a forgettable white head. The aroma has a grass and grain scent, with a bit of distant floral notes. The taste has a mild up front sweetness. Very light in flavor and a quiet finish. Straightforward adjunct lager with a bit of sweetness.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. Sweet bready malt aroma with caramel and floral notes. Light caramel taste with toasted malt and a citrusy bitterness.
