Had on tap. Really thought this was a nicely done soured saison in the taste and smell. The cabernet barrels provided a wonderful boozy red wine matrix for the blackberry, belgian yeast, and hay to meld into. Tart, sweet, and rich wine and fruit finish. The belgian yeast gives a little a yogurt on the nose. Now for the mouthfeel, which was watery. Need more body in a saison, especially to stand up to the sour note.
