Pours a hazy, opaque yellow, with a foamy white head. Head retention is high, with good lacing left behind. Citrus, banana, and malt base notes form a delicate IPA aroma. Taste opens up citrus with a bit of banana behind it. The flavor profile stays pretty consistently citrus, with some resin hop notes in there as well. Mouth feel is smooth and easy to drink. Overall, an enjoyable IPA that stays on the sweeter, citrus side of the house. Yum.

Served in a 12oz snifter.

500 mL bottle poured into a wide-bodied wine glass.

A: Hazy golden yellow. One-finger head settles quickly into low-to-moderate wet lacing that has trouble clinging to the glass.

S: Mild orange/tangerine, pineapple, some butter and bread in the background. Hint of vanilla.

T: Peach, grapefruit, and pineapple; some lemony/gingery tartness, sharp but mild funkiness.

M: Thin, well carbonated

O: Bottle yeast is interesting in a buttery kind of way. Citrus rind is the main player. Good stuff.

Cloudy straw, medium fizzy head settles nice and rocky. Scent of citrus zest, live yeast and fresh grain. Very clean, the citrus and yeast balance well. Taste of mild brett, citrus, leafy hops, and fresh grain on the finish. This has a better balance than many other IPAs brewed with brett. It's nice and mild, even after a few months.

Look: Pours a relatively bright yellow/gold with a thin foam head which leaves a layer on top throughout, decent lacing.

Aroma: Brett, juicy tropical fruit/citrus, and some earthy funk.

Taste: Slightly bitter and mildly tart/funky brett hops, not as citrusy as the aroma leads you to believe but there is a nice citrus rind flavor.

Feel: Very clean, crisp beer with medium carbonation and a dry finish. Solid IPA, I've never had a brett/citra IPA before.

Pours light with a small head. Smells strongly of exotic tropical fruits. Taste does not match the smell as it is hoppy with a small bit of funk but none of the juiciness hinted at by the nose. Mouthfeel is medium but not thick. This is a very interesting IPA - I've never smelled anything quite like this beer. I would buy a second bottle if I could and sit on it to see if a bit more funk developed. Very interesting beer.

Light gold in color with a slight haziness. There's a fingernail of off white resting on top. Moderate Brussels lacing. There's a battle going on in the nose between the bitter citrus hops and the tart Brett notes. I taste a nice blend of the bitter citrus hops in the front and back of the palate. Some of the tart Brett comes out in the fade, but the hops are clearly dominate. The mouth is moderately carbonated and very dry.

The citra constellation is a fine beer. The beer poured a hazy yellow with white head that is not leaving much of a lace. The scent is citrusy with hints of spice. The taste is evenly balanced with a clean finish. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a great beer.

Poured from the bottle a light hazy yellow with two fingers of bright white head head. Plenty of stick lacing left behind.

Aroma of lemon zest, table salt, and Brett.

The taste wasTasted of lemon zest, pineapple, Brett, Belgian yeast, and table salt.

Lighter bodied and dry with a moderate carbonation.

Well done, 4 Hands.
