Pours a hazy, opaque yellow, with a foamy white head. Head retention is high, with good lacing left behind. Citrus, banana, and malt base notes form a delicate IPA aroma. Taste opens up citrus with a bit of banana behind it. The flavor profile stays pretty consistently citrus, with some resin hop notes in there as well. Mouth feel is smooth and easy to drink. Overall, an enjoyable IPA that stays on the sweeter, citrus side of the house. Yum.

500 mL bottle poured into a wide-bodied wine glass.
A: Hazy golden yellow. One-finger head settles quickly into low-to-moderate wet lacing that has trouble clinging to the glass.
S: Mild orange/tangerine, pineapple, some butter and bread in the background. Hint of vanilla.
T: Peach, grapefruit, and pineapple; some lemony/gingery tartness, sharp but mild funkiness.
M: Thin, well carbonated
O: Bottle yeast is interesting in a buttery kind of way. Citrus rind is the main player. Good stuff.

Cloudy straw, medium fizzy head settles nice and rocky. Scent of citrus zest, live yeast and fresh grain. Very clean, the citrus and yeast balance well. Taste of mild brett, citrus, leafy hops, and fresh grain on the finish. This has a better balance than many other IPAs brewed with brett. It's nice and mild, even after a few months.
