I bought a growler of this beer at the brewery on a somewhat recent weekend excursion up to Burlington. This beer pours a pale gold hue with a stark white head reminiscent of something much more wheaty and Belgian. The flavors were heavy on the dry, tannic citrus, and bright grassiness, with a great biscuity backbone. Bitter and dry enough to cut through the cheesiest pizza, and yet at 5.2% you can finish the whole growler in one evening and not have to worry about those pesky bed spins. All in all another great beer from Matty O, can't wait until it resurfaces.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Great run at Mosaics, reminded me in some ways of Focal Banger. Hoppy and not too bitter, a lower abc and MAN it goes well with Folinos Pizza
