Brewery notes: brewed with calamansi juice (a hybrid orange and kumquat) and fermented with PC's house "Billy Boy" yeast strain.
Served in a goblet. Honey-copper colored body; thin, wispy head. Fruity aroma. Intense citrus flavor; tangerine; pink grapefruit; sweet. Medium-heavy body; juicy and succulent; sweet finish.
A most enjoyable saison experience. It is very juicy and sweet (definitely not treacly), very citrus-like. I could easily make this a summer, lawn-mower afternoon beer if it were available in bottles. An excellent beer...
