500 mL bottle. Bright red body. Very nice color. Smell is currant with some yogurt notes. Taste follows suit. It's all currant. Tart currant. A little bit of yogurt. Yeasty bitterness is the back end is the only reminder that it's beer. Medium light body. Currant juice.

Pours a purple reddish color. Slight funk on the nose and tart with taste. Semi sweet but mildly sour. Smog City encourages not to age this beer but I've found the flavor to enhance with age.

A: Pours a dark pink/cranberry with a half-inch thick pink head which fades to the rim leaving a few spots of lace.
N: Fruit forward with skin and juice present. Slight funk and bile (in a very good way).
T: Fruit is prominent along with saison yeast. Minimal spice. Slightly musty.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Dry and fruity finish.
O: Really enjoyable. If this could only have some wild yeasts, it could be unreal. (Please).
