Tart. Subtle peach flavor. Maybe some peppercorn on the finish. Mouthfeel is just a little harsh.

Sweet and tart, peachy-stonefruit fruity, and hint of oak barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a fruity-yeasty, hint of farmhouse funky, and sweet and tart peachy finish. This is refreshing and balanced and enjoyable to drink...this is pretty tasty!

Oak foudre-aged saison with white peaches.
Bright, slightly hazy straw colored with a quick push of loose white head that leaps, then quickly disappears.
Smell bursts with a sour peach, and gentle funk.
Taste follows the nose. Smooth sourness, peach is bright
Mouthfeel is slight, carbonation active, and the finish is slick.
Overall, a saison I would hit every time.
