Poured from a can (canned 8/18/23) into a pint glass.
Look: pale yellow, almost no head
Smell: faint smell of hay
Taste: light and crisp, with minimal flavor
Feel: felt super flat, no real aftertaste
Overall: not sure if this beer was sitting on the shelf for too long before it was opened, but it was flat, low carbonation, barely any head, and not much flavor. Decided to drain it since it tasted worse than a bud light. Possibly a bad can or expired.

Banana really came through... Looks like Wit, but tastes like a Hefeweizen (at least to me...). Overall, I enjoyed the beer, just was a little bit confused by the banana. Didn't get much spice.

This says it's a white ale but tastes like a Saison. A really spicy one at that. If you like coriander juice, this is your beer. I wasn't a fan. I was expecting something more mellow. Meh.

I was expecting a wit. Despite its witty name, this is no wit.
Not cloudy, no tropical aromatics, not fruity, not soft. Sorry to say that all I like of LA's Wit is it quenched my thirst.
This brew is surprising in that Smog City has several successful saisons. Smog City also gets decent OA Hugs for being cool in LA and expanding its beer culture.

Pale yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Strubbe tall tulip. Once the foam dissipates it looks exactly like white wine. Aroma of cereal and pencil shavings. Plenty of the scratchy spice. Modest bitter aftertaste.
Overall this is a quite drinkable wit of no real distinction. More creamy fizz is always good for these things. Still, it goes down easy with plenty of aromatics to the last sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. No date.

Pours with a big white head and a straw yellow body—slightly hazy, but transparent. The head has decent retention, leaving sparse and jagged streams of lacing across the glass. Nice can art. Very summery.
Strong Belgian wheat ale aroma, with hints of bubblegum, coriander, clove, banana peel, walnut, orange pith, and whole wheat crackers.
The banana bread impression comes across clearly on the palate. The freshness from the hints of coriander and watermelon rind notes add a lot.
Thin, and smooth. Not too dry, not too sweet. Nice balance.
Delicious Belgian wit. True to style, without a doubt. Cheers!
