updated review of 9/28/25, original review is further below. Can dated 9/5/25, consumed from a modified perfect pint on 9/28. The can art is different and there is no hop bill listed. Same cloudy grapefriot juice color. Less than 1 finger of fairly dense, boarder line creamy white head, but decent duration and a fair amount of lacing. Grapefruit juice flavor tempered by hints of melon and a tad of stone fruit. Same very nice smooth, heavy mouthfeel as before.
—————
16 oz can purchased from a room temp shelf about 11/12 then refrigerated and poured into a 22 oz pint glass on 12/7/21. Can was dated 10/7/21. Voluminous white head with good longevity but very little lacing. It pours an opaque yellow very reminiscent of yellow grapefruit juice without any discreet solids or pulp. The can lists Moutere, Hallertau Blanc, and Simcoe hops. Of those, I am getting strong characteristic grapefruit, including rind, but less of anything else that matches the hop descriptions, other than some pine or earthy overtones. No berry that is commonly associated with Simcoe and no tropical fruit. I like the mouthfeel....moderate to heavy body, with some nice carbonation, even as I approach the bottom of the glass after a long, slow session of gradually draining the glass. Overall, I have concluded that this is not my favorite hop combination but someone in favor of this hop profile would probably really like it
