Sweet fruity-yeasty, stonefruit fleshy nectarine tart, hint of farmhouse funk, and subtle oaky barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly vinous, slightly briny, subtle nectarine fruit tart dry finish. As it warms, a slight vinegar/pickle juice vibe starts to peek out. This is good and enjoyable and a good example of the style...I just wish the fruit notes popped out a bit more on the palate.
