Packaged 10/10/22; consumed on 10/30/22. Poured from a 16oz can into a tumbler.
Clear xanthous body supports a fist of rocky ivory merengue. Thick lacing; superior retention. The use of Carafoam shines here.
Dank, berry laden, tropical (passion fruit), hop forward aromatics. Some candied orange and crackers as well.
Smooth fruity palate entry with more citrus than the nose. Moderate bitterness comes in waves. Hints of vanilla wafers leading into the medium dry grassy finish. Lots of hop character (Comet, Citra, and Amarillo). Wheat adds a little surprise to the malt bill.
Medium light bodied; slightly creamy.
Very fresh well crafted WC IPA.
