On tap at the Glendora location. Or is a beautiful brassy with a hint of amber in hue. Soft fluffy head tapers off scattered lacing and slight head retention.
Nose is a nice blend Of mild pine resin, hints of orange rind and yes, a hint of spruce. A smooth, lightly malt come through that hints towards honey.
Flavor starts off with a hint of the mall, but a strong, almost peppery spruce. Almost goes in the direction of desert sage. Then the more nuanced pine resin and citrus comes in again.
Great, soft mouth. Light carbonation finishes kind of smooth with a slight, dry bittering finish.
