Pummels your senses with zesty lemon and lime aromas. Think tropical hoptastic mojitos with dazzling undertones of juicy fruit from Idaho Gem hops. Rogue Wave crests with a refreshingly minty herbal finish.

Canned 05/03/24
Slightly hazy. Straw hued. Fluffy white head jumps up a few fingers, settles to a thin cap. Decent retention, moderate clumpy lacing.
Nose is lemon zest and subtle lime.
Flavor has a bit more going on. Lemon comes off a bit more floral now. Some flattened out tropical notes that I can't nail down to a specific fruit, some grass, and a mild herbal not mint meets basil.
Mouthfeel is active, lighter side of medium, and a bit fluffy.

Canned 4/30, consumed from a modified perfect pint w/ carbonation initiation grid on 5/9/24. Pours murky gold with less than 1 finger tight, almost creamy head of decently long duration. A token amount of lacing. Not a lot of smell. Taste pretty much like can description except for the "...minty herbal finish". Not getting that at all. Very juicy. Reminscent of a complex mix of ripe pineapple and other tropical fruit with overtones of citrus, but not the bitter pith or peel of citrus. Moderately heavy body. Interesting mouthfeel; not prickly or fizzy from carbonation, but an almost borderline acid etch feel(?) that is not offputting, but rather interesting.
