Looks slightly murkey as most saisons. Smell is wheat, straw, dried fruit, lemon peel. Taste is dried apricot, apple, cardimmon. Very dry finish, with some hop presence. Mouthfeel has some pop from the carbonation. Pair with white fish, grilled white meat, and fowl.
