Had on tap at Grape & Grain just outside the Moorabbin train station, 20 minutes form Melbourne CBD. (BTW, a choice of 16 taps and a great bottle selection.) I've enjoyed two other brews from La Sirene, but Worker Bee was too tart to enjoy. And because I could only sip it (it caused nearly permanent puckering), Worker Bee did little to help me keep my liquids up in this hot clime.
Worker Bee Looks below average, like many tarts that try to be saisons; a style that has lasting foam and protein swirls that Worker Bee does not. I get huge lemon Smells, more than I need. Tastes are barely balanced as long as I sip this in moderation. Feel is flaccid.
I do give La Sirene OK Overall Hugs for their graphic creativity and a gastropub with an ever-changing menu that explores the pairings between kitchen and brewing. I'd like to visit them sometime.

On-draught @ the brewery:
5 year oak aged rustic farmhouse ale. 6.5% ABV.
Lemony twang. Biscuity Belgian saccharomyces yeast.
The honey adds nothing noticeable to my palate. Chamomile is faint at best.
Comes off tasting like a creative Belgian blonde more than a Saison. Simplistic given all the elements involved. Sounded better on paper than it is in practice.
