GNOMELAND SECURITY REPORT: Gnome man, gnome woman is safe! There's been an outbreak of zombie gnomes, due to Gnomeo Sapien (if we're using proper bignomenclature) gene crossed with a mutant gene discovered during the Human Gegnome Project. Make gnome mistakes! Stay in your gnome sweet gnome. Put on a movie like E.T. Gnome Gnome, or witness Gnomi Malone's character development in Showgirls, and enjoy this smoked saison.

A - A few fingers of white foam settles to a thin collar, leaving behind minimal lace. Hazy dark orange body. Looks a bit like Sommelier actually.
S - Smoke is present but restrained, and integrates well with the peppery saison yeast (unlike the 'off' Fantôme bottles of recent memory. Some orange and lemon notes, and a backdrop of multigrain breadiness.
T - The flavor is a tad less smoked, with more of the mixed grain backdrop imparting a mild sweetness. Yeast is also less expressive, with light notes of lemon peel and pepper.
M - Medium body, somewhat dry finish, smooth texture, and carbonation is soft and pleasant. No obvious booze.
D - This was pretty solid, better than expected. The smoke works well with yeast profile, and no single flavor overpowers. Sometimes less is more, particularly when compared to the recently released Zommelier. I wouldn't be upset if PW made this one again actually.
