Had this on 2016-07-05 in Columbia, PA from a 22oz bottle
A - Mildly-hazy straw-gold with a massive 4-finger pillowy white head that sticks around for awhile and leaves moderate lace.
S - Saison yeast, rising white bread, tropical fruit, lemon grass, honey, hop floral.
T - Initially fairly tart and bitter, passion fruit, lemon zest, earthy spice, crabapple. Finishes dry, tart and moderately bitter. Can't taste the alcohol. It's an unusual but not unpleasant taste.
M - Light body and medium-high carbonation. The bottle conditioning was plenty aggressive.
O - An interesting take on a Saison. Aggressively hopped for sure.

22 oz. Bomber
Pours a very nice slightly cloudy golden yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice three-finger thick/foamy white head, which leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, hoppy, with some banana/coriander notes, licorice. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, very nice hop notes, nice touch of banana/coriander, nice touch of licorice, spicy, tart. Medium body, with a nice bitter/dry finish. Overall, this is a different take on the style, and done pretty nicely. Recommended.

Bomber bottle, w/o freshness/bottling date info
Pours heavily hazed, lighter tangarine, large and lasting off white head. Leaving a thick collar, coating film/froth and ample low strands of lace.
Nose reveals pepper, lemon/lime and yeasty goodness.
More of the same in the mouth, biting lime, some cilantro, again yeastyness and now drying tropical fruit hops...complex and tasty....glad to hve these new Pipeworks beers being distributed to my local area...seek them out and enjoy...

Look - Wicked looking! Murky, turbid.....orange juice. Reminds me of a TH/Trillium beer.
Smell - Yeasty, fruity, tropical notes, citrus, orange, lemons
Taste - Yeasty, citrusy, grapefruity, earthy, funky
Feel - Spritzy, lots of carbonation, no hint of the 7% ABV
Overall - Up there with Citra Dry Hopped SunShower from Trillium as one of my favorite saisons to date. Good stuff.

Appearance: hazy gold with nice 2 fingers of foam. Decent head retention with uneven lacing. Some foam hangs out on the edges after 5 minutes.
Smell: This changed for me while I was drinking it. Initially, I got dank funk, like rotting cilantro that was overpowering. As the beer mellowed I started to get lime, oregano, and a touch of overripe bananas in the background.
Taste: Cilantro and lime in full force, with an herbal, bitter finish. Dank, green vegetation. Malts show up very lightly as sweet brioche. Strange soapiness on retro-olfaction.
Mouthfeel: A bit over-carbonated that attacks your gums and doesn't compliment the flavors very well. Not what I'm looking for in a Saison.
Overall: Ok. Glad to have tried it, and it's pleasant enough. The base Saison needs to be stronger than the Mosaic hops, as it seems unbalanced. Closer to an APA than a Saison.

Light gold body with a faint haze and bubbles streaming from the bottom of the tulip. White lacy head slimmed into persistent foam cap. Aromas of grassy fields, citrus, and something floral. Taste brought Belgian-esque funk and dryness to the fruits and grains. Lime-like flavors with a bit of lemon and something earthy and dank below. Ample carbonation and medium feel, plenty of fuzz and fizz on the tongue. The little bit of tack and tang attached to the Mosaic hop presents a nice take on the saison, featuring a hop I really enjoy.
